The scope of work consisted of the construction of the 470 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">meter or mile?<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, five-lane southbound bridge, a 50m single-lane collector road bridge over Scenic Acres Link Drive, a south bank stabilization retaining wall, a dry pond and drainage improvements, and the widening of 2.5 kilometers of shoulder and collector road along Stoney Trail. The Bow River Bridge Twinning project was a key component in the completion of the Calgary Ring Road and provides vital transportation infrastructure for growing communities in the Calgary metropolitan region.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Maloney Pumping Plant and Sobrante Water Treatment Plant Improvements project<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> met growing demands while maintaining high water quality standards in California\u2019s Bay Area. The project increased water treatment capacity, optimized energy usage and enhanced overall operational performance.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Route 805 Sweetwater River Bridge<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, located in the South Bay area of San Diego, underwent widening and safety enhancements. These improvements included the construction of sound walls and upgraded roadway features to enhance traffic flow, safety and overall infrastructure resilience in the region.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The San Gabriel River Bridge Hinge and Diaphragm Repairs project<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> near Los Angeles required two 126-hour freeway closures, the first for Los Angeles County and the second ever for Caltrans. But the hard work paid off \u2014 the 250-meter-long structure reached completion 16 days ahead of schedule.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Route 210 Roadway Rehabilitation and Lane Replacements project \u2013 Wheatland<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, also in Los Angeles, centered on the comprehensive revitalization and modernization of the roadway infrastructure. The $150 million endeavor involved replacing 52-lane miles of pavement, 300,000+ cubic yards of roadway excavation and upgrading 16 bridges with approach slabs and concrete barriers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Every year, the International Partnering Institute recognizes projects and individuals who best exemplify the principles of partnering and promote their mission \u2014 to transform the construction industry and achieve exceptional results through a culture of collaboration.
