Flatiron is well-positioned for continued growth and long-term industry leadership.\u201d<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n In recent years, Flatiron has achieved notable recognition for marketplace leadership \u2014 ranking as a Top 10 Canadian contractor by <\/span>On-Site Magazine<\/span><\/i>, earning four spots in the 2023 <\/span>Roads & Bridges<\/span><\/i> Top 10 Roads and Top 10 Bridges, being named 2023 <\/span>Engineering News-Record <\/span><\/i>Mountain States Contractor of the Year, and winning the top spot for its safety program the 2022 Associated General Contractors of America evaluation.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n Prior to joining Flatiron in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer, Javier was CEO of Pulice Construction, a U.S.-based heavy civil general engineering contractor and construction management firm. He built the foundation for his career in Spain at the project level for Dragados, a global infrastructure construction company. He served as Project Director for the Perpignan-Figueras high-speed rail project creating the rail link that connected cities in France and Spain.
