This year\u2019s theme is \u201cCreating the Future,\u201d and we are<\/em> <em>taking the<\/em> <em>occasion to spotlight how our team is creating solutions and mentoring the next<\/em> <em>generation of<\/em> <em>engineers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1951, Engineers Week is an annual celebration \u201cdedicated to ensuring a diverse and well-educated future engineering workforce by increasing understanding of and interest in engineering and technology careers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s theme is <em>Creating the Future<\/em>.
