Flatiron is constructing a new off-ramp from southbound Interstate 15 to the French Valley Parkway in Temecula, CA.  The 2,000-foot-long off-ramp will initially 22bet reviewbe one lane, but will eventually accommodate two lanes of traffic.  Construction includes building four retaining walls.

“It’s going well,” said project manager Justin Allington.  “We’ve significantly completed the off-ramp and are installing fence, irrigation, landscaping and a sidewalk in preparation for the opening.”

The $14 million project for the City of Temecula began in June 2012.  The new interchange opened in October, and the interchange and bridge retrofits are scheduled for completion in January 2014.  This is phase one of a two-phase project.
