This Privacy Policy (the \u201cPolicy\u201d) applies to Personal Information obtained through digital services provided by Flatiron, which include Flatiron\u2019s website www.flatironcorp.com and any other Flatiron online or mobile website, application, or digital service, as well as information we collect offline (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">When you submit information to us or through our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We are a subsidiary of German-based HOCHTIEF. The nature of our business is such that we offer our services exclusively to other businesses (a \u201cbusiness-to-business\u201d or \u201cB2B\u201d model). Our website and Services are intended for a commercial audience.<\/p>\n<h6>&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p2\"><b>What We Collect <\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p2\">Flatiron may collect Personal Information in the course of our normal business activities, as detailed below. Flatiron collects, uses, stores and processes Personal Information, which is data that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with a particular person. Where Personal Information is stored or processed outside of Canada, it is subject to the laws of that foreign jurisdiction, and may be accessible to that jurisdiction\u2019s governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies.<\/p>\n<h6>&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><b>Third-Party Links <\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\">Flatiron\u2019s websites may provide links to other third-party websites that are outside of Flatiron\u2019s control and not covered by this Privacy Policy. Flatiron is not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of third-party policies, nor is it responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, products, services, or goods that may be linked to Flatiron\u2019s websites. Flatiron encourages all users of its websites to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) sites.<\/p>\n<h6>&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><b>Children <\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\">Flatiron\u2019s services are not directed to persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without the parent\u2019s consent, they should contact us at privacy@flatironcorp.com. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete the information from our records.<\/p>\n<h6>&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><b>Security <\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\">Flatiron has in place security policies that are intended to ensure the security and integrity of Personal Information. Flatiron has commercially reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of Personal Information and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Information held or processed by Flatiron. If Flatiron forwards Personal Information to any third party, Flatiron requires that those third parties have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.<\/p>\n<h6>&nbsp;<\/h6>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><b>Right to opt\u2013in and opt-out of marketing email communications <\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\">You have the right to opt-in and opt-out from marketing communications.
