We also expect that our business partners will act responsibly toward their own companies, toward customers and suppliers, toward the environment and toward society.<\/p>\n<p>Flatiron acknowledges that the ethical principles spelled out in the HOCHTIEF Code of Conduct are grounded in the basic principles of the UN Global Compact, the ILO conventions, the United Nations\u2019 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child, as well as the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Companies.<\/p>\n<p>This Code of Conduct constitutes minimum standards with which Flatiron expects its customers, suppliers and other contractual parties (\u201cPartners\u201d) to comply.
