In the 1980s, the company secured a series of contracts along Interstate 70 through the Glenwood Canyon Corridor, Colorado&#8217;s most scenic stretch of interstate. Flatiron was recognized for its work on I-70 with awards that catapulted the company into national prominence.<\/p>\n<p>With its reputation secured, Flatiron expanded into new markets in the U.S. in the years that followed. Flatiron opened additional regional offices in California in the 1990s, and has since opened additional offices across the North America.
