The cheese doesn't seem like stock American to me. I would like the buns to be a bit larger or thicker, but I like the soft moist bread, and toasting will just dry it out. The bacon is great (little chips rather than strips that you'll pull out whole), and I'm surprised you didn't mention the pickles, which I don't eat, but are claimed to be the "best ever" by anyone I've ever taken there.
