I still stand by it as a good basic bacon cheeseburger (with Tillamook) But my most recent visit didn't seem to be as good. Chalk it up to a bad day. It was New Years Eve, so maybe the cook was not on his game because he was pissed off he had to work? But I have never had a burger at Jak's and now this review of Quinns. I've been there once and thought the menu was pretentious and tried too hard. Oh, but you say the burger is basic and epic-ly delish. I'm so there. Anyhow, I love the blog. This is the first I've read it, believe it or not. Sorry I'm late to the game. Keep up the good work. But last night I went to Porterhouse, and although they have just one signature burger, it is now my favorite in all of Seattle. Absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this place to anyone; the service was friendly and laid-back, as was the clientele. BTW, I linked your site on mine.
